This policy governs access to and participation in the CPD Nurse programs operated by Global Council for Professional Development SHPK.

Global Council for Professional Development SHPK may be referred to as “GCPD,” “we,” or “us.”
- By accessing, registering for, or enrolling in any CPD Nurse program, you agree to be bound by this policy.
- If you do not agree, you must not access or use the platform.
- GCPD may modify this policy at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
- CPD Nurse: The professional education programs operated by GCPD
- Platform: The CPD Nurse website and learning environment
- Participant / User: Any individual accessing the programs
- Programs / Digital Content: Online educational materials
- Third-Party Service Providers: Vendors supporting platform operations
- Participants must have legal capacity to enroll.
- All information provided must be accurate and current.
- Programs may only be used for lawful, professional, and personal educational purposes.
- Misuse, misrepresentation, or abuse may result in suspension or termination.
- CPD Nurse provides online, self-paced professional education.
- All content is educational and informational in nature.
- No medical, legal, employment, or regulatory advice is provided.
- Completion of a program does not guarantee licensure outcomes, employment, or regulatory approval beyond the stated CPD scope.
- Participants are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
- Access is personal and non-transferable.
- Sharing, sublicensing, or resale of access is prohibited.
- GCPD reserves the right to suspend or revoke access for violations of this policy.
- Program fees are displayed at the time of enrollment.
- Programs are delivered digitally.
- Payments are processed through authorized third-party providers.
- GCPD does not store full payment credentials.
- Taxes, currency conversion, and processing charges are handled where applicable.
The CPD Nurse program is operated by Global Council for Professional Development (“GCPD”) and delivered as a digital professional education service.
Refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, and payment reversals are governed by applicable consumer protection laws and the terms of the authorized payment processor used at the time of purchase. Where required by applicable law, purchasers may be entitled to request a refund within the applicable statutory period.
Outside of such legal requirements, fees paid for CPD Nurse programs are subject to the program-level refund and transfer policy set out in Sections 8.1 and 8.2.
8.1 Refund Eligibility
Purchasers may request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of the original purchase date, without conditions, limitations, or administrative fees.
Refund requests submitted within this period will be processed in full to the original method of payment.
8.2 Optional Transfers
After the fourteen (14) day refund period has elapsed, and where permitted, GCPD may, at its discretion, allow a purchaser to transfer the value of a CPD Nurse course to another CPD Nurse course of equal or lesser value.
Transfers are optional and do not replace or limit the purchaser’s refund rights during the applicable refund period.
8.3 Effect of Refunds and Chargebacks
In the event of an approved refund or chargeback, access to the associated CPD Nurse course, learning materials, certificates, and records of completion will be revoked.
- All program content is owned by or licensed to GCPD.
- Participants are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for educational use only.
- Copying, redistribution, reproduction, resale, or derivative use is prohibited.
Participants may not:
- Use the platform unlawfully
- Extract, copy, or reverse engineer content
- Interfere with platform security or operations
- Engage in abusive, deceptive, or unprofessional conduct
GCPD processes personal data lawfully, fairly, and solely for purposes related to CPD Nurse program delivery and compliance.

- Technical and usage data
- Communications and support records
- Payment-related metadata (excluding full card details)
Personal data is used to:
- Deliver programs and certificates
- Manage accounts and participant support
- Maintain platform security
- Comply with legal or regulatory obligations
Personal data may be shared with:
- Authorized service providers
- Infrastructure and payment providers
- Public authorities where legally required
- Personal data is not sold.
Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for operational, legal, or regulatory purposes and is then securely deleted or anonymized.
- Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are applied.
- No system can guarantee absolute security.
- Participants are responsible for securing their own access credentials.
- Participants may request access to or correction of personal data where required by applicable law.
- Certain records may be retained to meet professional, regulatory, or legal obligations.
- Essential cookies and limited analytics are used to ensure platform functionality and performance.
- Browser settings may be used to manage cookies.
- Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.
- GCPD is not responsible for external platforms.
- Programs are provided “as is” and “as available.”
- No warranties are made regarding uninterrupted access or specific outcomes.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, GCPD’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the applicable program.
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages are excluded.
Participants agree to indemnify GCPD against claims arising from misuse of the platform or violations of this policy.
GCPD is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control.
- GCPD may suspend or terminate access for violations of this policy.
- Provisions relating to intellectual property, liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.
- This policy is governed by applicable law.
- Disputes shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
This policy may be updated periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
